Located in same building as the 147.15 Repeater.

Part of the New York State linked repeater system.

 

HF Net 

  is held at 1930 on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month on 3993.5 kHz, with alternate frequencies of  3997.5 kHz, 7.245MHz and 28.945 MHz, depending on conditions.  Coordination is on the 147.15 repeater.  Object is to test out antenna types, locations and emergency operation for the longer distances within the County.  Stations form the surrounding area and around the State are welcomed.

VHF Net.  

OCEC/RACES on the air meeting net takes place on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at 2000 hours local on the 147,15 repeater.  Tone alerts, modified weather radios, and pagers are tested before the start of the net to insure reliability of notification.

This is a training net, using methods that might be used during an emergency.

The net is open to all amateurs.  Traffic is welcomed.  Questions concerning topics relating to emergency communications are encouraged.

SKYWARN™ nets for Oswego County are held on the 147.15 repeater. 

Packet net.

A packet net is held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 1930 on the K2QQY digi, 145.090 MHz in Fulton.  Those interested in packet are invited to join in and traffic is welcomed. The alternate dig is ka2aon on 146.690 MHz
